NAT Congress 2005At support of the Federal Agency of Press and Mass communications NAT CONGRESS 2005 The 9th annual International NAT Congress will be held together with NATEXPO the largest Russian exhibition of professional equipment for TV, radio and internet broadcasting on the 16-18 of November in Moscow's finest exposition centers «Crocus Expo». About NAT Congress NAT International Congress a forum specializing on broadcasting technology is held yearly starting from 1997 by the National Association of TV and Radio Broadcasters. The main targets of the Congress are: Being the initiator of the First Congress in 1997 right at the earliest stage of civilized broadcast equipment and technologies market formation NAT kept holding the Congress sessions using the experience of successful collaborations with many local and foreign organizations, the activities of which have always been concerned with broadcasting, and with their help establishing a unique infrastructure and accumulating information on the broadcast sector's problems and requirements. Yearly held congresses have invited to participate many leading native and foreign experts in the field of TV and radio broadcasting. During the last 8 consecutive years the NAT Congress was delighted to welcome representatives of UNESCO, Commission on Broadcasting of International Telecommunication Union, SMPTE, European Broadcast Union, National Association of Broadcasters, DVB project Technical section, Digital TV Group Great Britain, NHK Japan Broadcast company, and many others international, foreign and local scientific-research, professional companies, structures and TV and radio organizations. These eight years have made the NAT Congress a traditional communicational spot between professionals NAT Congress conferences raise questions on media-industry and advertisement development, TV market situation and condition, forecasting Russia's regional television expansion, introduction of new technology and systems of digital TV broadcasting in the environment of a dynamically growing market and intensifying content competition.
