NATEXPO 2009

We are glad to inform you that International Exhibition of Professional Broadcasting and Cinema Equipment NATEXPO 2009 which has been held on November, 17-20 in Moscow went on with a great success and attracted more visitors than ever. The participants as well as visitors found the new exhibition centre very contemporary and appreciated easy access to it’s location.

The Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation A. Zharov read out the greeting to the exhibition of the chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation V. Putin at the opening ceremony of the XIII International NAT Congress and NATEXPO 2009. Also the ceremony attended the Deputy Minister D. Severov, the deputy Minister of the Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation B. Borisov, the president of National Association of TV and Radio Broadcasters of Russia E. Sagalaev, the general director of NATEXPO N. Piskunova and representatives of Russian and foreign companies and mass media.

NATEXPO 2009 has welcomed more than 10000 visitors. About 200 exhibitors - manufacturers and distributors of the broadcasting equipment from more than 20 countries, among them there are worldwide leaders such as Sony, Panasonic, Harris, Ikegami, Apple, Dolby Laboratories, Grass Valley, Fujinon, Canon. More than 20 companies joined NATEXPO for the first time.

NATEXPO 2009 has presented the new trend “Cinema Technology & Equipment”, which has been shown by special Cinema Pavilion, organized by JC System Integration company. The companies demonstrated leading edge of digital cinema technology and gave to all participants and guests the opportunity to learn about latest achievement of up-to-date cinema equipment.

As usual the SPORTZONE has demonstrated equipment, technologies and other solutions to make and broadcast video of sport events! This year the integrator of SPORTZONE became INTV company. 

The “Internet TV” Zone became the hot topic of NATEXPO 2009, where companies presented technologies for the online broadcasting.

As always Trainings at NATEXPO attracted a lot of visitors. Young specialists had the opportunity to get the best knowledge and skills from Apple and Adobe Systems. Many presentations such as Dolby Laboratories, Inc - “Audio for Digital Terrestrial TV”, Apple Briefing – Final Cut and Logic Studio technologies, AVID - Avid HD News Workflow also became a very popular for many of visitors and participants.

There are 34 companies held their seminars at NATEXPO conference program. 

The 13th Annual NAT International Congress covered wide range of key professional subjects. Top managers of Russian TV channels participated in the seminars and discussions.
